I don't know, either, but I sure missed getting one. It's the last one I needed to round-out everything. I had a couple built just after the ban ended using Romanian SAR-2 receivers and sold one. It looks like I'll have to try and see if I can trade it, and probably another rifle, for one of the Vectors if someone ever eventually sells one.

On the flip side, the SAR-2 receiver RPK-74 I have seemed appealing enough to do a fair East German RPK-74 clone with since they used a slab-side receiver.

 

I wonder if MGS still has any? I will be placing one up on GB tomorrow.

 

As far as MGS I believe they are out long ago.

E germans used a slabside receiver??? Wow. Id like to see some pics of those. I think someone on the boards had some e german rpk wood while back, prolly still has it, it didnt sell.

 

The DDR RPK74 was only a one off.. Never made it to production.

 

Mgs still has some I beleive..968.00 with nodak receiver..I just put one on lay-away about a week ago..call and ask for steve 1 and tell him dave sent ya.
