You're pretty uch outta luck. Will @ Red Jacket has modified HK drum sights for AK's and welded them to the dustcovers, but that's about it.

They may've done bad in the past but I've ordered some Galil parts for my MAK 90 a couple of weeks ago ( before I knew who they originaly were) and I recieved the parts with no problems including a top cover with a M16A1 style sight. The top cover was slightly oversized and had to be filed on one end but I consider that to be a plus. The windage adjustments for the sight are real stiff to move but seem to work. I haven't had a chance to try and sight it in yet. A range test will tell if it's any good.
