or simply keep your SBR in oregon, and live in washington.

now I can see if you live in a state that allows a SBR, and you register that SBR with your residency address, then move to a non-friendly SBR and leave your weapon in that friendly SBR state, or having a dual residency where you have a summer home in your name that you live part of the time.

But, being a resident of one state (non NFA friendly) going across state lines and registering it in that state (NFA friendly) using a bogus address or a PO box number where you don't live is asking for big trouble.

(l) to make, or cause the making of, a false entry on any
application, return, or record required by this chapter, knowing
such entry to be false.

the feds dont care as long as your papework is in order.
I believe they will very much care if they find that you falsified the application

I never meant to use a false address, or otherwise illegal method of obtaining N.F.A. weapons.

What i meant was to have a residence, or other legal means of holding the weapon. As long as the weapon does not cross the state line what law is broken?

When i said the Feds wouldnt care if the paperwork was in order i meant "in order" as in "TRUE AND LEGAL"

Im not trying to get people to do Illegal things, so dont try to make it sound like i am.
