Proper rear sight for AK 103

Hi All, I have recently obtained an AK 103 made by AKUSA. It currently has the Saiga calbrated sights (1,2,3). I would like to replace it with an adjustible sight. Should I buy the 1000 meter or 800 meter..or does it really matter?

Does your Saiga rear sight have the notches where there are no range numbers? If so you can use them, shoot to confirm the elevation they give you.

Hi 5thShock,

The only notches are for the "1,2, and 3" markings.

Rusmilitary has the correct AK-74M/AK-100 century Series 1000M with Cyrillic rear sight leaf now for sale.

I bought that and the AK-103 Muzzle Brake.
