Looks great.
What finish did you put an the receiver and how hard was the mag fitting?
Did a hot blue deep black to match the receiver cover. Not much fitting really for the mag. Well space is for an RPK so there was already enough room for the wider Yugos. No Weigers dont work. Maybe they can be made to but I havent tried.

Went to the Range today. Perfect weather. PC, very light breeze, had our first frost so no bugs, 68 degrees. Shot at 25-50-75, didnt go to 100 because by then my eyes were
worn out.

She shot terrifically. Did not need to recenter. The heavy weight and barrel made for very comfortable shooting with only light recoil. The FH also did a great job at cancelling the fireball. I know because after I shot my breakless Sar 3.

The range is public, and well kept. No asinine rules. 3$ an hour and they provide as many targets as you want.

Thanks for the post. I can't wait to get mine built and go and shoot it. What ammo were you shooting? Was the folder all nice and stable, or wobbly? How was cleanup? Did you have any function issues? Which were the US parts you installed?

Oh... I loved every photo except that last one. Bad experiences with the maker of that bike. The WORST motorcycle I have EVER owned.

I was shooting Wolf. No issues. Next out Ive got some ulta max to run through. The folder has some play in it. I will be looking into that.
Clean up? Just a bore snake and a tooth brush, rag and some
CLP. Not as much evrey range visit or like my ARs. US parts are FCG, Gas Piston, FH(coming) and receiver.

Sorry to here about you HD experience. They are real common here as the plant is just up North of me.

I just can't wait. I'll be quite excited, although I might try shooting mine before performing a "tonsillectomy" opening up the gas ports and regulator/thimble.

I really do appreciate your posts and boy can you SHOOT!

BTW, I found a place which will replace the tritium phials in the night sights for a right reasonable price. Something I'll look into soon.

Yep, the telephone number etc is still at work, but I called Trijicon and they gave me the telephone number of this place in Michigan, which would do the job for about $150 including return freight. If I remember to bring it home tomorrow, I'll post it here. Seemed like nice guys and they were recommended by Trijicon so...
