appears to be and that barrel is not threaded for a milled kit either

Milled M70s use press and pin barrels. "M64s" use threaded barrels.

^ this was the info I was going off of when I bought the barrel. Looks like the tortort received use stamped or milled kits and I didn't see they were threaded. I have not built one though.
