I know these were designed for 5.45x39 Beryl magazines but will 7.62x39 Bulgarian waffle magazines fit in this vest as well? 12 magazines total right?

Yes 762x39 mags will fit.....I am using bulgarian waffle mags with mine.....the lids do close but ever so slightly raised on the account of the larger mag....but they do work and it is a nice set up


the 2 front pockets closest to the buckles have dividers and will fit 3 mags each......the 2 pockets next to them do not have dividers but will swallow more mags if thats what you would like to use them for.....plus 12 fully loaded 762x39 mags is going to be extremely heavy
