I have a Yugo m92 krink underfolder stock for sale. It is like new condition complete with all parts and trunion, still in rear receiver section.

Not exactly the same, it will not work without some welding. There is no rear "shelf" on the back of the trunnion to hold the dust cover on.

But I don't need his trunion. I just need the underfolder. so would it still be a problem?
