OK.....some one cut loose with a Russian sling for my new custom built AK. Come on JOHNO.....I know you got one......LOL :grin:

Check with stottman. He had a screaming deal, a mag and sling for $30 delivered

Fireman I remember recently he had that deal.....great price, the only thing that kept me from getting them is you cant read any info on the sling...I want to have a date and maker on it.

I believe he has some dated slings also Old Troop,I ordered one of the 30.00 sets Fireman mentioned.It came in last week,looks great and has one stamp,its definately Russian but its more green than the tan or mustard colored and the metal has a greyish blue paint.I'm not sure what period they're from but they are unique!

Yeah thats another thing...its got to be mustard or the tan color...this is for my custom AK thats being built now. It has Russian selector markings(or dammed close to it LOL) and I bought a beautifull red stained stock set with US wood grip....really nice looking set. Thats why im being particular on this one.
