I bought one from saigastock - it was not listed on their site but I called and got one. It should be the same smooth top cover for the 7.62 x 39 Saiga Rifle.

I paid $19.95 + Shipping back in July of last year.

Here's a shot of the top cover I received from Saigastock.

I used it for my pistol build and welded the H&K sight to it.
