I just got the same scope mount. I also got a Chinese side rail from Centerfiresystems (http://www.centerfiresystems.com/AK-PSRB-2.aspx). I am confident this is exactly the same side rail on your Norinco. I have not yet attached the side rails to a receiver, but, I checked the side rail to scope mount fit and it works. Hope this helps.
