Who makes fully welded cans that you can't push the baffles out of?
What happens to a fully welded can when damaged...you can't exactly just replace one baffle, the can is a solid unit...
Most full auto rated cans are welded. All higher quality units are permanently sealed to eliminate the liability of "owner servicing" & the occasional improper reassembly which causes most instances of internal damage. Warranty should not cover owner ignorance, or even stupidity. Some people can't leave anyting alone; I know of a guy that, at one point, had 6 registered Full autos & only 1 would run, because he "worked on them". Same thing happens with unsealed suppressors.
Depending upon construction, sealed cans can be cut apart by the manufacturer. Typically, a "baffle strike" invovles more than one baffle & more often than not, includes the end cap. More likely then not, it is more cost effective to replace the entire unit than to rebuild, because of difficulty in disassembly of a well used (even undamaged) suppressor.

How many of you own a can?
How many of you own a Gemtech can?
How many of you have ever dealt with Gemtech customer service?
How many of you have had a baffle strike?
How many of you have had to send your can in for warranty repair?
