To my understanding:

The locking tab on the rear of the mag will have to be thinned if the mag release lever on the gun has not been modified (shortened)...

And, a "bullet guide" in the action will be required for relaible feed (or, the front of the mag worked on to effect the same, as the factory mag does -poorer option).

Why go through all the trouble and expense?...just put a steel 7.62 magazine in it like I saw at the pawnshop the other day and it's good to go. :wink: I asked the kid if he realized there was a 7.62 mag in a .223 and he just stared at me. Dumbass :roll: Hope noone buys it like that thinking it will work.
