Got this rifle back from the guys at Two Rivers Arms and finally had a chance to post pics. The kit was all matching parts however and it seems like this was pretty common during demil they threw a AB2 rear half in. Tim took a M92 and machined it to work. It's only missing the push button at the back. It's believed from the markings this could have been a vet of the Kosovo Conflict. The guys at Two Rivers really did a nice job with it. I love the fact the receiver looks just like it should.

The only thing I did to it once I received it back was I added some cold blue to the receiver which did a decent job.
Anyway here ya go and I'd love any further input you guys have.

Cool rifle, Chris! I don't have a slabside Yugo. Let us know how it shoots! The M70B1 that came back from 2Rs recently is one of the smoothest cycling AKs I own, right up there with the EG. The part that was weird (but good weird) was that I've had to work around jaw-slap with M70 fixed stock rifles in the past, but didn't get that effect at all with either of the M70's they sent back. Maybe I've just learned to hold the rifle differently since I last shot an M70 much, don't see why that would vary from build to build, but who knows?
