The boards time is 20 minutes fast according to the USNO time that my computer shows. Might be helpful to those who sell and buy stuff and time stamp could be important

I have noticed this for a couple weeks or more, thought I was in a time zone 20 minutes different then everyone else, and that thought explained a whole lot of things for Me...

When I posted this it was 1:03 pm according to Windows Time, as well as the clock on this site in the upper right corner. Yet this post shows a time of 1:24.

What gives?
