I got a PK~A with an "SVD" Mount, But I need to put it on left to right because of the "nub" And the "nub" hits the side Mount. And After 10 shots it falls of the rail.

So should I cut the "nub" off, or just buy a AK (Hot Swap) Mount

(Ya I know I misspell "way")

I would just get the correct mount and swap.

You can hot swap an AK clamp to replace the SVD. Since you do not have to deal with eye relief it is not as much of an issue. An AK clamp will sit the scope higher over the receiver and farther forward. If I recall it is 3/4 inch farther forward and 1/2 inch higher. If cheek weld and eye relief are OK with an AK clamp then you can swap.
Another option is to remove the stop nub and install a stop at the point where you show "where the nub hits". A small weld to stop the scope from walking forward and slide it on from the rear. I have a drill and tap rail so I removed the rail and tapped the very end where your arrow is and threaded in a screw to act as a stop. You must have a stop or the scope will "walk" no matter how tight the clamp. The AK clamp in closed at the rear and stops on the rear of the rail.
