Up for sale in Switzerland, which makes it unlikely it was made of a kit.
Has something like this ever left the factories in China?

Thats a chinese back half with what appears to be Russian barrel components added. Short answer - no, its not factory.

Wouldn't mind having something like that but I can't even though I live in the land of shall not be infringed. Might not be factory but sure looks nice.

I believe the shortest barrel from a Chinese factory was about 14 inches (355mm per documentation I have from Norinco) .
