On the Citizenship form that needs to be completed......can anyone verify citizenship or does it have to be a relative?

Exactly. If you ARE a US CITIZEN.... You skip like 3 lines...(don't have my forms in front of me)...sign your name citizen.

They/BATFE...verify your citizenship. You only have to explain further if your not a citizen.

If your are going to file under a corp. do you still need to fill out the citizenship form?

I am not sure, but send two anyway.
You can never have too much paperwork.
Hell, I send copies of my DL and CWP with my paperwork.
It doesn't hurt..

The second line on the citizenship form says 'Last name, first name, middle name, or name of corporation, partnership or association, if applicable'

I think that line says everything you need to know.
