The differences were negligible enough I used one for a Russian project. Can't find my photos but had comparative photos of a few Russian underfolding buttstocks and there were some differences even between them. But one of them was very close to the Polish, so I used the Polish.

I figured that since pretty much any receiver used for builds we do here in the States isn't very close to the Russian, the tiny issues with the buttstock doesn't really matter and it's "close enough." Kind of like nitpicking about the fender on a refurbished classic car being the exact year model when the tires on it aren't vintage, either.
