It's hard to tell from the photos if they're Russian or Bulgarian.
The Russian and Bulgarian bayonets of that type are almost identical except for the arrow-in-triangle proof on the Russian ones.
The scabbards are very similar too. The Bulgaian scabbards that I have seen use 2 solid fasteners to hold the "keeper" leather strap on, Russian use 1 that has a hole in the center. The Russian scabbards have drain holes in the front, the Bulgarians in the rear as far as I know. I can't see any drain holes on the fronts of those scabbards.
