Romanian PM MD63

Wanted to share this 1979 dated MD 63 built on a Childers receiver and a polish Radom barrel from a matching numbers kit that had seen some good use. Hot blued receiver and barrel and matched wear to the to parts. ALG FCG per request from the customer.

As cool as Russian guns are, Romanian AK’s are my favorite and most distinctive looking IMO. That furniture is beautiful man. Super sexy PM md. 63 brotha!

I totally agree here. I love Russians too and of course they are the OG but there is something very appealing and rugged about the Romanian in my opinion that doesn’t come across similarly with any other AKM variant. They are among my favorite variants - more so than Polish, East German, Hungarian etc…
