More riots happening in the Minneapolis area again as there was a shooting yesterday.
It was an accidental shooting. Cop was trying to tase the guy but she grabbed her gun by accident instead.

MN resident here. Things are crazy in the cities. currently there is a 7pm curfew in 4 counties, mobilized national guard. The only thing (yes, I believe this) stopping all out chaos is the cold, rainy, snowy weather. If it were 70f, the cities would be burning. The Derek Chauvin trial will be ending in a week or so, which will unleash more insanity.

Good luck, and I hope your far enough away to avoid the upcoming riots.

The jury starts deliberating on Monday, and I doubt it will take more than several days to reach a verdict. From what I saw, and I was following this reasonably closely, Chauvin will not get murder 2 or 3 IMO, but he still "might" get negligent homicide or something of that nature. If that happens, I think the city will erupt, and I think it will spread, and we can thank the MSN for this, because they were presenting the trial for the State, and basically ignoring the fact that the defense was scoring points with facts (remember those?) and expert testimony from the States own witnesses!
Seriously man, stay frosty and alert.

I expect the lid will come off the turd churn. Waiting to see what happens in Knoxville. A poor little underprivaedged children was minding his own biz when killed by police. Poor little guy was just using the High school restroom for a make due pistol range.

There is the case of Officer Kim Potter accidentally shooting Daunte Wright instead of tasing him. That happened in Brooklyn Center, a suburb of Minneapolis where Floyd was killed. Already been riots there.

Yep, and although this is a horrible tragedy, you have to wonder why a veteran police officer could not only mistake her duty pistol for a taser, but why in hell she swept at least one other officer with said pistol.
With all that being said, that kid should have just accepted the fact he was being arrested, because if he had, he would still be alive.

I don't know the details about the case. I did read where other cops have made that mistake. Probably bad training.

Maxine Waters is at it again. She went to Minnesota to incite a riot. She told protestors to get more confrontational if Chauvin is found not guilty. She also said she is not complying with the curfew.

Inciting a riot, trying to influence a jury, and disobeying a curfew. She should be arrested and cancelled but that will never happen. And people said Trump is the one inciting violence.

In 2018 Waters told people to harass Trump administration staff.

doing that out of her own district should negate any protections her position affords her. add that to the fact she is a congresswoman and an example to citizens is abhorent.

Word on the street is that there is a move to censure or impeach that worthless bitch. Also, there was a driveby shooting on....National Guard Troops in the city. I guess she should have said "peaceably protest" like Trump huh?
Inciting violence, and not even from that State, and the taxpayers still have to pay her salary. Disgusting.

Well actively encouraging insurrection should have some sort of penalty, shouldn't it?
She's the worst example of "Leadership" I've every seen. She doesn't even live in the area she "Represents." not nice enough for her.
I can't figure out why she keeps getting re elected, but there you go.

The person who shot at the NG in the drive-by is only being charged with a felony illegal firearm possession.

I'm not surprised at all, because this seems to be par for the course. Shooting at Soldiers is the very definition of insurrection. Dark times ahead, and it seems to be getting worse.

Texas turning into Washington and Oregon?

BLM protesters in street in Plano, Texas blocking the road. A guy gets out of his car and yells at protesters to get out of the road. There is even a cop standing there doing nothing. The guy tells the cop to get the protesters out of the road. A protester points a gun at the guy and cop still does nothing but escort the guy back to his car. The guy is later charged with assault with contact for slapping away a hand that was in his face. Police chief is making excuses and said it was not a gun but an electronic device (taser).

The best way is to sue the city, because AFAIK, its no legal to block roads, especially when armed. Someone is going to get really stupid very soon if this shit continues.
