Did this 91 for a customer who wanted a Rhodesian bfpu with some wear, but minus the "wet sock" paint job... :goof:
for all you HK nuts, this was a pristine 91, but one of his spares. :twisted:

There's still a pristine HK91 under all that goop. A night in a bucket of simple green and you'd not be able to tell it was ever done. Unless it's cerakote then it's screwed. To each their own, of course, but I'd never be able to do that to THAT particular weapon.

I knew it would make some of you :puke: ...but HKshooter is right, its just a refinish job away from its old self. I've done several bfpu ak/ar....none were as fun as this. I'd love to own it. :smile:

Yea, I think the dark green is off...just too dark, but I'm pretty sure all the "Rhodies" weren't painted out of one bucket.
