Chris Butler (AKUSA) makes them in 7.62 and 5.56 and 5.45...they're properly indexed to the bulgy front sight block detent and they are perfect works of art...$135 each plus $7 shipping...here's his contact info...

The Kvar listing is a barrel shroud for the uncut cr's...it's just for looks and it covers the last 4 3/4" of the barrel...are you looking for it or a regular brake?...if you're looking for the shroud, pm me...
