Thinking of getting one for the mill..............anyone have any experience? KURT's are SO much more $$$$

All I have ever used are Kurts. Even on tombstones for CNCs.


Although I have considered a similar but cheap import for a drillpress vise, big enough to hold a Holley.

I've used one of the chinese imports millvise [around $50.00] they work, but because of how they are made you have to get used to them. I got a box of end mills and took a piece of scrap to practice on before touching my kit. I found that moving the table/part the same direction each pass is best.These vises are a bit on the crude side.

My heart is still beating and that's always good. :smile:

Any one else on PARLEC's?? I hate to buy a KURT that's almost as expensive as my bench mill. :neutral:
