In light of Todd Grove's passing, does anyone know what is happening to customers who had ordered or wish to order VZ-58 receivers? Is there someone else who now owns ORF?

If you had an order placed and had sent payment you need to contact ORF's attorney.

Otherwise everything else is likely owned by the bank, and one would assume it will be auctioned off at some point.
