I'm looking for some baskets to put small parts in, but most of them are nickel plated instead of stainless. Is that ok, or can I only use stainless?

I'm thinking nickel would be fine I'm thinking park only reacts to ferrous metals...

You can even use a plain steel container...it will get parkerized first use then the reaction will stop and life will go on.

I usually just throw the parts in, never had a problem. I use stainless steel tongs to turn them.
