Just recently got this just wanted to show the rifle off. Romanian GP WASR 10/63 with a 1979 dated front trunnion. This came out of the back of a gun store the old man forgot about it and had been in the box since he got it in he thinks sometime around 2009. He thinks he shot it when he took delivery 2-3 times but I’m very happy with it. The only parts that are matching are the trunnion,gas tube,bolt,bolt carrier. The stock is bone dry from sitting in the box for so long and it never did get the muzzle nut cut off or the bayonet lug rewelded. The rivets all look surprisingly very good except 1 on the rear trunnion. It could be flatter to the receiver and the front sight has the slightest cant you can hardly tell I’m sure it will zero just fine. Last thing the parkerizing is the thickest I have ever seen on a firearm.
