Bakelite mags are not black, unless it's painted. Yep. Robinson Armament sold those with their 5.45 VEPR II rifles for awhile; the finish was slightly textured, like spray-on bedliner. A lot of individuals have also painted their EG bakelites to disguise the orange color.FW200 said:Painted East German bakelite?
