Maglula sues Amazon for selling cheap Chinese knockoff Uplula mag loaders. These are being sold on Amazon, eBay, and elsewhere.

From Maglula's website:

https://www.maglula.com/faq

Official estimates in 2017 put the value of counterfeit product sales online annually at $1.7 trillion. Since 2000, seizures of contraband products by U.S. Customs and Border Protection have increased 1,000 percent.

I posted last year about fake Luth-AR MBA stocks for sale on Amazon and eBay.

You guys just aren't embracing the spirit of Saint Rand (praise be unto Her) and the Holy Free Market.

If the Chinese communists can steal patents/intellectual property and produce a product of nominal quality using slave labor and create a sales and distribution partnership with billionaire oligarch Jeff Bezos, well, that's just the free market at work. Amazon is a private company and if they want to sell counterfeit Chinese goods then it's their platform and they can do what they like. If Maglula doesn't like it, maybe they should consider free market solutions like embracing globalism by firing their entire domestic workforce and moving their base of manufacturing offshore to China where they can take advantage of things like no labor unions, less regulations, and lower Chinese employee salaries that will increase their profit margin and please their shareholders.

Why don't you take your political crap elsewhere? I have seen your other posts blabbing about politics when this is a gun forum. We get it you hate capitalism, free markets and Ayn Rand. All the crap you are spewing is incorrect. A company is not allowed to copy someone else's products and falsely sell the product as from the company that was copied. There are laws against that. That is the U.S. Government's job - to protect its citizens, which one way is to operate courts. Keep your posts about the topic at hand or don't post. You are just trying to start an argument again.

I know, right? I can only imagine how interesting this thread would have been had I not chimed in.

"Gee willkers! When are those hecking Chinese gonna stop with the fake parts?"
"I don't know! They just keep faking stuff!"
"I sure wish they would stop."
"Me too. Fake stuff is diddlee bad for muh gunz!"
"Why won't they just stop with the fakin', eh?"
"Thanks for warning me about these fakerinnos!"

With the amount of traffic this place gets I would be thankful for any kind of reply I got.
