Milled trigger guards basically the same as AKM?

Can you use an AKM trigger guard/latch (non-Yugo) on a milled receiver without any problems? Or are the milled/modernized dimensions different?

Are the milled mag-latches (non-Yugo) the same as AKM latches? I can't tell much of a difference...

The actual latch paddle is the difference. On a milled it is a thick milled latch vs a stamped piece for the stamped rifle.
Yugo being similar but a differently shaped trigger guard on both stamped ad milled but the latch/paddle is the only difference between the stamped and milled.

Late Bulgarian milled just used the stamped trigger guard style.

+1, functionality wise they should all work fine.
