I'm trying to find the drop of a 122gr 7.62x39 out of a 10" barrel and where it starts to drop significantly (2-3" lower than POA) i found some calculations from a thread in 2009 but the guy who posted it hasn't been active since 2016. I'd like to be able to zero my pso at the distance that the bullet starts to drop off and then use the BDC cevrons to compensate (I know it won't be perfect since the optic is meant for an svd but I can memorize which chevron to use for which distance)

Now I could figure this out on my own but due to the ammo shortage, I figured I'd ask here before shooting a bunch of precious ammo. I did a search for "m92 trajectory" and didn't see anything helpful.

Thanks!

From a chart I checked sighted for a 200 yd zero you would 3inches high at a 100 yds and 3 inches low at 225 yds. 7 inches lo at 250 yds and 14 inches lo at 300yds.

Yeah based on feedback from Facebook, I think it'd be pretty flat at 200yds so that's where I'll zero it.
