I would avoid buying one of these, unless you could prove 100% that it was authentic.
I put one of these together a few years ago, and its a good shooter. I"ll post some pics one day when I drag it back to the range.
If you go this route, you need to find a real M48 thats a good shooter, and then mount the correct optics. With a good gunsmith, and correct optics, you should be able to this for around $700-800 depending on how much you pay for the M48.
These were very common during the Balkens conflict.

Another Yugo rifle to look for is a captured German 98 with Yugo markings, the reciever is usually marked with the Yugoslavian Communist Coat of Arms. I bought one back in the day from Springfield Sporters, and that rifle SHOOTS!
