Hopefully these come through. Not great quality pics - sorry. Anyway, the scoped one is a .44, as is one of the other 6" guns. The Mag-na-ported 6" is a .50 AE.
I do reccomend the porting on the .50, along with the one-piece Hogue finger groove grips. These 2 features keep muzzle rise, and muzzle "torque" down, which reduces the likelihood of getting "brass-faced", which is common with the .50's in factory form.
All 3 guns have the Hogue finger groove grips (better than the 2 piece Hogues, imho), and adjustable Millett sights. Finally, I shipped them all to Robar for their complete NP3 finish, inside and out. I love this finish. Super tough, and very corrosion-resistant. The factory black oxide finish looks good, but will rust fairly easily.
You might gather that I love these damn guns, and you'd be right. They can be a little high-maintenance, though. 2 of my 3 had to go back to Mag Research for tweaking before they were 100% reliable. Now, they're perfect . . . and more fun than most guns I've ever shot!
Obviously, there's a cost and frustration factor involved in having to send a brand new gun back before it'll work like it should. It may not be worth it to some; but to me it is. These things are unique - there really is nothing else like 'em.
Also, contrary to what some say, they can be hunted with, and easily carried in a bandolier style holster. They're a blast at the range. And they are VERY accurate. By and large, they'll outshoot the best of large-caliber revolvers every time. Both of my DE .44's are more accurate than any .44 mag revolver I own (over a dozen), except for one.
I say, go for it . . . but know that some patience and TLC may be required. Kinda like a smokin' hot woman. Some don't want to mess with 'em; but others figure the investment will pay off over time.
