A few years ago I saw practice rnd. lond rod penatrators for sale.
These are for 120mm sabot anti-armour tank rnds.

I am looking for one.
Any leads or info. is great.

I have one. It's still packed in the sabot. It's new (well, never been fired, anyway). I'll take a picture of it. 120mm, as I recall.

If you are looking for just the penetrator without the sabot sections, I konw of two places that have them locally (one only at each place):

www.sciplus.com the ultimate surplus or wierd stuff store. They have one at their Geneva (maybe St Charles) Illinois store. If they don't know what you are talking about, ask for Megan Slaker, she is the manager there.

www.traderjohnsoutpost.com is a local surplus store that has one for sale too, in South Elgin, IL

I did call sarco awhile back,sold out.
The rod with the sabot is super cool.
I didn't know anything like that was available.
I honestly don't have any idea how much its worth.

You posted this while I was doing my other post.
I notice these have the perforated tail cone.I think I have seen ones
with fins.
Any idea how much these go for?
