Is it safe to use a 5.45 Krinkov Booster on a 5.56 rifle? or Would I need to open it up?

Hell yes it's hard to do. That hard chrome plate is hard as a bankers heart. Try sticking a 5.56 bullet in the opening to see if it will fit. If it does I say good enough. I think it will fit.

I have one setting right here looks almost big enough for a .30 cal to me.

I dunno about krink boosters, but I know the 74 brake is big enough to let 7.62 through it some of the time without touching (mostly depending on how straight it screws on), so if the krink booster is anything like that, it should be PLENTY big enough for 5.56.
