Does anyone have a pictures of similarly marked RPG's or any information on these markings?

They COULD be property marks. Police, and Military mark their weapons.

When I was there the police did not have RPG's (special teams possible). I am thinking it is more of a religious slogan or militia name. Have had only two Arabic readers look at it and they could not read it because of the angle of the photo, the stencil job was not very good, and that the entire word (or phrase) is not visible.

More than likely its a unit marking, this photo below is a unit marking that I had my cousin translate. Either a unit marking or a rack number. I'm sure some hadji's wrote Allah akbar on their tubes as they all like to yell it when they shoot their RPG's...
