This grenade is made of plastic, and has a segmented coiled wire frag sleeve. It uses a standard UZRGM fuze. Because it's made by Iraqis, they tend to fall apart. To correct this, these are often found with thumbtacks or nails securing the top and bottom halves of the grenade together.
When manufactured, the grenade is white. Either from exposure to the explosive, or sunlight, or both, the grenades change color from a yellow-ish orange to a dark brown. The explosive (I don't know the type) is an orange powder that looks like 'Tang' (the stuff astronauts drink).
This example has an Iraqi manufactured fuze with ink stamped nomenclature.
