Basically the two predominant AK types in Iran are late 80's East German imports and license-built Type 56 rifles. There are different variants, I'm not sure what the subdesignations are.

These are basically Chinese rifles. Of these Type 56 variants, the fixed stock is KLS (Type 56), underfolding stock is KLF (56-1) & sidefolding stock is the KLT (56-2).

Here's a pic of MPi-KMS-72 in Iranian service:

I have read that they also got AK-63 captured from Iraqis , is it true?
I'm sure that is true. I saw hundreds of ex-Iranian g3 rifles in Iraq.

I meant it opposite , the AK-63 in Iranian service captured during 1980-1988 war , do they still use any in Iran?

if you are really from slovakia, then i blame the choice of words on not knowing the english language fully. it is a difficult language to master.

although, the name and avatar could put the question into ones thoughts...
