How to tell if a kit has/has not been arsenal refinished?
How can you tell if a kit was/was not arsenal refinished before it was demilled (more specifically on a Bulgarian '74 type kit)? Also, I guess kits that have not been arsenal refinished would be better shape since the arsenal didn't have to refinish it right?
