My main collecting interest usually involved de-milled kits, so I haven't paid a lot of attention to the many slight variations in Zastava production (especially pistols) over the last year. Which 7.62 Zastava pistol version includes all double-stack parts, nothing that needs to be upgraded/replaced and, ideally, nothing on the receiver that will get in the way of adding a rear stock/SBR? Any tips on which reseller carries the preferred version?

Thanks for any advice, seems like there might be some deals coming up in the next few days.

the only difference between the two versions of the M92 are where they put the serial number. They all came in double stack ready.

The first version has the serial number at the back end, which makes it difficult to put an underfolder on because it will cover the SN.

The current version has the SN at the front of the receiver, right where the latch goes for a side folder.

either version will take a bolt on stock no problem.

Thanks, that's helpful to know about the internal parts. Looks like the rear serial number would not be in the way of a side-folder installation, or could use a Turbothis vz58 stock adapter on either type.
