Found this funny news article.
Uh.. isn't that what they've been trying to do for 50+ years? They just keep dumping more lighter fluid, gasoline.. anything that will burn and dump it on our rights and freedoms. "Fuck this country, burn it down!" How about get the fuck out to any number of socialist and communist hellholes out there and leave this one the fuck alone. Drop kick their asses to China, Russia, Cuba, North Korea.. I'm sure they'll be welcomed with open gulags / cells arms.. but not the fire kind because LOLDANGEROUS

I hate beer--I'm a wino and I like shooting all rifles.
Can this thread be considered data mining?
ehh.. this is data compiling. Data mining is when they strip the information off the net and store it in a fuckhuge server the size of a town in the middle of nowhere.

Thank you for that clarification I stand corrected. I feel so much more enlightened now, lol. But what will this data be used for? Only the Shadow knows perhaps?

Who knows. Nothing good though, that's for sure. It's not what this particular snippet can be used for, if anything. It's everything else it can be cross-referenced with and inferred from. Your phone tracks your movements through GPS, your credit card shows a purchase of fireworks, meat and wine.. suddenly you're a right wing terrorist extremist because instead of a healthy sense of patriotism and family, you can be painted as a backwoods white nationalist with the 'delusion of American exceptionalism'... and so on and so forth. Whatever nut-bar group gets a hold of your data can twist it into whatever narrative they want in order to justify your mistreatment.

That's what's so frustrating about "I have nothing to hide" people.. oh you most certainly do. Statute of limitations don't exist for thought-crimes. What was legal speech or text before can be made retroactively illegal, or at least 'shameful' in the public eye. Dredging up the past and taking things out of context has ruined or marred many a career.

Just how my 4th went. Greatest country the planet has ever seen and ever will..! We spent this week visiting my wife’s brother and his family in Potter county in northern Pennsylvania. He and his wife moved up there 30 years ago to dairy farm. Galeton is a small town near by that has the greatest fireworks display that I have ever seen in person. There’s a river that runs through the town and they set them off from a peninsula that goes out into the river and a barge on the water.

Saturday night was one of the happiest days I’ve had in the last few years. They estimate 20,000 come to this generally poor mountain town for fireworks that reverberate through the valley. People set up their spots days before. They lined the banks of the river and partied! Every ethnicity and every rung of the socioeconomic ladder. They were Americans! The local church played the national anthem on their bells while somewhere behind me Fortunate Son by CCR played on someone’s radio. It was surreal and heartwarming at the same time. We are not lost. Not yet. God bless America and God bless every American even those that you disagree with and who disagree with you.

I don't care for doomer bs.

Even in our darkest times one can always find something good to say. We live in the greatest nation the world has even seen. We hold and personally practice our founders' ideals up as a shining example to those less fortunate in other countries. Some love our country so dearly that we have taken an oath to defend our Republic with our lives.....

On a less serious note, today was a good day. I didn't even have to use my AK.

Another day above ground is a good thing.

My son-in-law has a plane, and he invited me to fly up to Ohio with him, his dad, and his son, to the Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson AFB for the day. I've always wanted to see that one, but just haven't had the opportunity. Should be a good day.
It is a great museum, I have been there three times.

Depending on how much time you have, there is the Neil Armstrong Museum in Wapak and Waco airfield in Troy. The Dayton Air Show is July 30 - 31 at the Dayton airport. Champaign Aviation Museum is in Urbana at Grimes Field.
