more than likely your can contains Ulyanovsk HP . headstamp 3-94 .
the 8 is a Uly bullet model designation . 'rc' is like crillic for lead . here is
the chrono for that headstamp w/blackend primers which
tested to be corrosive . i dont have chrono #s for the 3-94 w/gold-ish
colored primers nor have i tested them for being non-corrosive yet .
the bullet , from my unfinished book :
ULYANOVSK
3/94___ 123gr HPBT___1.007"__ .310-"____________ no sealer .
blackened primer .
average B.C.#_________ 0.175 G5 . all these
have plastic base insert . Klimovsk too at least 99 date
, Ulyanovsk
until 97 date only then switch to 8HP same date .
chrono data :

its hot stuff but , normal . you would not be able to tell this from any other
ammo by FEEL without a chronogaph . if it starts to go bad however ,
you'll notice a really loud muzzle blast now and then (acid wet powder
clumping to burn farther up the barrel ) and excessive recoil (really ,
overpowerd ejection ) .
it did not give good accuracy in this particular AK .
lucky bum  enjoy yer shotty !
