I bought these out of curiosity to check against my Manson set in a completely unscientific manner. The GO Gage is fine. The NO GO is closer to the Manson FIELD. In any case, they should get you headspaced.

so you think I should of just get em?

How long it will take to get here texas tho ?

Manson has never been super fast on shipping. I live about 2 hours away from Manson Reamers. Quick is usually 3-4 days and usually it's a week even if they have it in stock. Their stuff it top notch though and I'm waiting on a custom wildcat reamer from them at the moment.

So I dont have any other choice but them? I just need them for one build

The amazon ones you linked to will work as will PTG, Clymer, forster and dozens of other makers. If Brownells has them in stock they'll likely get them to you faster than directly from Manson was my point. If speed is the most important thing to you then likely Amazon is going to be fastest. Off to make metal chips for a while.

Going back over your different threads about this single rifle there is a pic in post 20 here Yugo m70 milled barrel pin hole that shows the barrel installed without the bullet guide. I had asked you about the bullet guide in the Yugo variant thread Bolt does not close all the way yugo m70 milled and AK-JOHN had asked about the bullet guide here Yugo m70 The bullet guide has a cam section on it that starts the bolt rotating. It is installed before pressing in the barrel and is likely the cause of your bolt not closing properly.

You really should start a single build thread instead of bouncing around with questions so people giving you advice can have the whole picture.

My kit didnt come with a bolt guide . and I dont even know where to get one from and if its nececary ?

They're necessary and usually you have to remove it from the old front receiver stub yourself and rivet it in the new 100% receiver. If you didn't get receiver pieces Apex has used original ones which would be best but they are available other places as well. Yugoslavian M70 Bullet Guide, 7.62x39, Good and your rivet kit should of come with the rivet.
AKbuilder has the rivet, but again your rivet set should of come with one Home :: 80% Milled Recievers :: AK47 Bullet Guide Rivet

Only ever used one 100% milled receiver where the bullet guide needed installed as I prefer to reweld the old receiver if possible. Before you rivet it in, verify that the bolt has enough room when it hits the cam to start turning. Guys have had to fit the cam section using mismatched parts which needs to be done before riveting it in.

With a little research and effort any tool needed to work on an AK can be made with simple tools. Where there's a will there's a way.

For the bullet guide rivet I just put a rivet head sized punch in my bench vise so that it was resting on the bottom of the movable jaw and was sticking up enough to support the rivet head which also pushed the bullet guide up against it's recess in the receiver. Then with the receiver upside down flattened/set the skinny side of the rivet using a 5/16 punch and 4# hammer. Then flipped it over used a 3/8" or 5/16" punch mounted in the vise to support the bottom side of the rivet and used a skinner punch to blend the rivet head to match the bullet guide. Lastly , ground the top side smooth with a dremel and 3/4" sanding drum.

Circle is where the rivet head goes and you can make out a little bit of the edge at about the 10:00-11:00 area. Arrow points to bullet guide cam that starts the bolt rotating so that the carrier can finish the rotation and lock the bolt.

Jeez, man... it's bullet guide and not bolt guide. And yeah, a bullet guide is necessary, or else the manufacturers wouldn't bother to install bullet guides in no frills, simple as shit rifles like the AKMs. You should heed the advice above and start a build thread. We have all been noobs at some point and there's nothing wrong about that, but it would sure be easier to guide you along in one single thread.

I have used k-var but I would assume the psa guides would be fine. but I have not used them.

Got that already from psa . and hopfully it gets here soon . I will remove the barrel in guess . and start clean up things until the gauges and the bullet gets here I guess . and look for some video to install that . and we go from there .

as most of yall excpected my headspace is way off . and its my fault to not use gauges is guess .the barrel need to be push out a lot so I dont know if I have to buy a new barrel now or just see if it will pass the whole i already made and drill a new hole ?
