Atlantic has "German Surplus" steel 30-rounders on sale today, but doesn't say much about them. I'm guessing these are some sort of post-reunification German commercial/sporting mag for export, not East German milsurp since they didn't explicitly call them "East German". My Googlefu hasn't brought up much that's helpful, so can anyone clarify?

I bought two because, well, the sun came up this morning, which means it's time to buy more mags...

Maybe the blue text will show up to verify the origins of these mags. I doubt they are "post-unification". My bet is that they are used or beat up DDR mags.

I love my cheap and mint DDR mags but those days are gone. I think DDR AK mags are the best. Depending on how beat up these are it might be a good deal.

I do believe the days of RTG selling these DDR mags NOS for $10 are gone lol. Should had bought a 1000. These will refurb quite well.

I emailed Atlantic to ask, and they replied that they are DDR, they just didn't label them as such on the site.
