Is this going on an Israeli receiver? The reason I ask is there that there is a subtle difference in the way the US receivers are typically made and the way the Israeli receivers are made. When I was searching for my Galil mount, I came across some posts that indicated the genuine Israeli mounts with the throw lever may not fit properly on the US receivers due to the simplification of the slot. I never was able to verify, for sure, however, but it's something to be aware of.

I ended up finding my Israeli throw lever mount after posting a WTB listing on Buddy Hinton's Sturmgewehr site. They are tough to find! Good luck.

I've contemplated making some replicas of these, but optimized for the US receivers. Might be a good market for them, now, with the increased availability of the Golani Sporters...
