I am considering buying a Maadi and saw in the pics that it appears as though one of the retainer pins of the front sight block is missing.

How easy is this to replace? What do I need to know?

Thanks!

but someone here does.

Its easy to replace. They are 3mm. The front pin hold the Muzzle attachment de-tent in place. since the muzzle isn't threaded the de-tent isn't needed. Let me know if you get the rifle, Ill mail you a pin.

You can also use the appropriate sized nail...Cut the tip off tap in and then dremel off the excess...

If you have plans to thread the barrel (if it measures .500" diameter for 1/2x28 RH). Then purchasing the spring and plunger along with the component pin is not a bad idea. Original or properly sized 3mm pins are available.
