"Egged" barrel pin hole in Soviet AKM trunnion - what to do? Ideas, suggestions?

I recently made a deal for a 1970 Tula AKM parts kit. It's one of those "mixed parts" kits - Bolt and carrier, gas tube, and top cover match, but the front trunnion is a different year and arsenal.

I've been offered a 1970 Tula front trunnion that has the same 2 Cyrillic letters serial number prefix as the kit - correct year and arsenal are hard enough to find, but same Cyrillic letters prefix is really a stroke of luck.

Here's the problem - the barrel pin hole in the front trunnion has been egged out on the left side.

I'm wondering what it would take to fix this and make this trunnion usable to build my kit. I'm using a Polish AKM barrel that already has all holes, pins, and slots cut.

It has been suggested that using an oversize pin would work.

Any advice, information, tips, ideas, suggestions?

thanks,
Marcus

It is possible only the outside edge is egged but not likely.
An oversized pin is the simplest fix.
