Ive used the shake & bake duracoat. It goes on either thick or splotchy will take two to three light coats to spread it evenly in my experience. Word of warning though if you clean your gun using break free powder blast it will bubble up and peel off your enamel.
I would bake my rifle after I sprayed it for a couple hours @ 250 or more to harden the paint and only use something like CLP on it nothing like Gunscrubber. The rifle below was spray bombed and it's holding up very well:
