Do rear trunnions count as a U.S. part?

Does a U.S made rear trunnion count as a 922 part, or does only the front one count?

It's not actually called a 'rear trunnion', but a 'rear block'.
once upon a time they called it a trunnion.
the way I understood it, was the front and rear are counted as one part. Or it could be that they don't count the rear.

They don't.
The front trunnion is counted because it "mounts" the barrel to the receiver. That is why the rear doesn't matter.
